Cuizina Chooses Parity to Support Rapid Growth
May 10, 2007, Bothell, Wash. - Parity Corporation has been chosen by Cuizina Food Company to serve as their partner in addressing business process and information system needs.
Following an in-depth assessment of Cuizina's business processes and growth requirements, Parity proposed a phased plan designed to initially address finished goods inventory control and sales management, Cuizina's most critical issues. This will allow Cuizina to continue their fast paced growth with their existing administrative staff, avoiding the disproportionate cost increases that often occur in growing enterprises.

A bar code inventory tracking and automated data capture project will drive more detailed and efficient lot tracing, advanced recall capabilities, and provide pallet tracking for ingredients and finished production. Another following phase will implement Parity's costing model in order to achieve a better understanding of production costs for successfully managing profitability.
